PLEASE READ CAREFULLY HOW WE OPERATE:
You see who you like.
You offer what you like.
You work when you like.
You come and go as you like.
You charge what you like.
You do not work for us.
You are simply renting a room when you need one.
We have NOTHING to do with what happens in the room.
1. ROOM RENTAL
R450 per hour / Per client
We do not have a daily rate or a 30min rate.
2. ACCOMMODATION / SLEEPOVERS
Rent R300 per week
Please bring your own bedding & food.
3. REQUIREMENTS
- Incentives posted monthly
- Fine for doing less than 7 per week is R250,
payable on Monday's
-You must be serious, consistent, hardworking
- You must have an active, updated ESA advert
with good reviews to apply.
- We only take ladies with a good reputation
4. LEVIES
If you come in to work and do not have a client that day
you will be charged R50 Levy.
To be paid when you go home or next morning.
5. TRAVEL BOOKINGS
What you do outside has nothing to do with us.
We will NEVER send you on a travel booking as they are
NOT safe. We DO NOT make bookings for you.
6. ADVERTISING
You must advertise extensively
- minimum 1 on ESA and 1 on RedVelvet.
You must know how to get clients.
7. DRESS CODE
Smartly dressed & well groomed for clients.
In-between clients, relaxed clothing that covers you fully.
Fully clothed even when greeting clients.
8. RULES
- ZERO tolerance for narcotics
- We do not allow: Foreigners without correct paperwork,
Under 21,
Intoxicated/high ladies or clients.
9. Business Hours:
24/7 Everyday - you work when you like
10. Housekeeping:
House cleaned every morning.
You tidy after yourself and after every appointment.
Ask for help if back-to-back between 7:30-5pm
11. WHAT TO BRING
Smart/classy outfit & clean shoes,
Relaxed clothing that covers you,
Your toiletries, massage oil
(NO coconut oil - damages machines),
Your food & beverages,
A small lock for your locker,
Your own blankets if sleeping over.
